Macha Jewelry Studio takes great pride in the customer service it provides. We want you to be happy with the quality and delivery of each product that you receive. Macha thoroughly checks each item for quality before shipping. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately. Notification must be made to within 5 days of receipt.
Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing unless a rush service has been requested. We can offer a refund minus shipping on eligible items when they have been returned within 7 days of their receipt. This does not apply to custom made or custom sized items. Eligible Items must be in their original unworn condition, and returned in the original packaging. After this period up to 90 days, we can offer an exchange or credit note, valid for a period of 90 days. Credit notes can only be used online at or at the Greenpoint, Brooklyn store. After 90 days we offer a repair service or re-plate for a small fee. Email to discuss available options.
We cannot accept packages that have been returned without our clearance. After clearance with our team, eligible items will not be refunded until the returned package has been received. We recommend you use a tracking service or insure valuable items if returning. We do not accept responsibility for return shipping fees, sales taxes or import duties. Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. We are not responsible for items that you have returned which have been lost or damaged in transit. Earrings are not refundable due to hygiene reasons.
All sales for fine jewelry, custom sized, or personalized items are final unless faulty. This includes pieces with a percentage of gold over 14k, jewelry with stones or rings in custom sizes or which have been plated. Sale items may not be refunded or exchanged. Renderings for custom items are non refundable.
We offer a one year warranty for your Macha engagement & wedding rings from the date of completion. We agree to repair your piece free of charge if any issues arise within this period. After this period we will repair your piece for a small fee. We do not offer repairs for any piece not purchased through Macha, nor sample sale items
