Macha thoroughly checks each item for quality before shipping. In the unlikely event that a piece is faulty, please notify us immediately. Notification must be made to within 5 days of receipt.
Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing unless a rush service has been requested. 
We can offer an exchange or credit (in the form of a gift card) minus shipping on eligible items when they have been returned within 14 days of pick up/delivery. Gift cards expire after 5 years. Eligible Items must be in their original unworn condition, and returned in the original packaging. Credit notes can only be used online at or at our Greenpoint, Brooklyn store. 

All sales for custom jewelry, custom sized and personalized items are final. All of our gold and platinum rings are custom sized. We do not offer custom sizing in silver. All sale items are final. Renderings for custom items are non refundable. Deposits are nonrefundable and will be converted to store credit if the balance is not paid in full, and a 20% re-stocking fee will apply
We cannot accept packages that have been returned without our clearance. After clearance with our team, eligible items will not be exchanged until the returned package has been received. We recommend you use a tracking service or insure valuable items if returning. We do not accept responsibility for return shipping fees, taxes or import duties. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for items that you have returned which have been lost or damaged in transit. 
We offer a one year warranty for your Macha engagement rings from the date of pick up/delivery. We agree to repair your piece free of charge if any issues due to workmanship or normal wear arise within this period. If a piece shows improper care or is after the warranty period, we will repair your piece for a fee. If another jeweler makes alterations or repairs to your Macha piece, the warranty will be voided. We agree to repair other eligible Macha products free of charge within 90 days of delivery/pick-up. After this period there will be a fee.
We do not offer repairs for any piece not purchased through Macha, nor sample sale items
