Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing
firstname.lastname@example.org We can offer a refund minus shipping when items have been returned within 7 days of their receipt. This does not apply to custom made items. Items must be in their original unworn condition, and returned in the original packaging. After this period up to 90 days, we can offer an exchange or credit note, valid for a period of 90 days. Credit notes can only be used online at www.machajewelry.com. After 90 days we offer a repair service or re-plate for a small fee. Email

Items will not be refunded until the returned package has been received. We recommend you use a tracking service or insure valuable items if returning. We do not accept responsibility for shipping fees, sales taxes or import duties. Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. We are not responsible for items that you have returned which have been lost or damaged in transit. Earrings are not refundable due to hygiene reasons.
All sales for Fine Jewellery, commissioned or personalized items are final unless faulty. This includes pieces with a percentage of gold over 14ct, jewellery with stones or rings in custom sizes or which have been plated. Sale items may not be refunded or exchanged.
